Airport Manager (Sydney Airport)

Aircalin, the international airline of New Caledonia, is seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for customer service to fill the role of Sydney Airport Manager:

The Airport Manager is responsible for the on-time arrival and departure of all Aircalin flights to/from Sydney. The role includes managing all administrative/ support tasks of the station, including compliance with Security, Safety and Quality standards. With expertise in ground handling operations, the Airport Manager will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations at Sydney Airport as well as the Aircalin team in Sydney.

The role includes managing the ground operations, particularly:

• Passenger services (inbound and outbound flights)
• Ramp services
• Load Control & Flight Operations
• Cargo & Mail Services
• Security/ Safety/Quality Assurance support
• Catering & Support Services
• Roster of the Aircalin team

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:

-    Previous airline experience in a similar role is essential
-    Strong knowledge of Altea DCS and Reservation System
-    Knowledge of airline operations to ensure successful turnaround of scheduled flights
-    Knowledge of Security, Safety and Quality standards and regulations
-    Ability to speak French highly regarded
